We ship our trucks and equipment to customers across China. For international orders, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the type of vehicle and location.

  • In-stock trucks: Dispatched within 5–10 business days
  • Customized orders: May take up to 30 business days

You will receive tracking and delivery updates via email once your order is processed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the vehicle type, distance, and delivery method. You’ll see the final shipping fee at checkout or upon confirmation of your quote.

4. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from our warehouse in Suizhou City. Please schedule your pickup by contacting our support team.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The truck is unused and in original condition
  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • There is a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or specially ordered trucks
  • Trucks with signs of use or modification
  • Vehicles sold as “final sale” or “as-is”

3. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will arrange for pickup or guide you through the return shipping
  • Refunds (minus any applicable fees) will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

4. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
