CLW Group has officially signed an agreement with the Kaluga Region Government to construct a new automobile manufacturing plant in the Grabtsevo Industrial Park. This strategic partnership marks a major step in CLW Group’s international expansion and strengthens Russia–China industrial collaboration.
Project Launch and Investment Highlights
The plant will focus on producing commercial vehicles, with ten different model modifications planned for local and regional markets. Construction is scheduled to begin after the official investment agreement is signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) in June.
